Gerard Piqué has done this Tuesday a surprising declarations in the Italian press. The player azulgrana assures, in an interview granted to 'Extra Time' - supplement of the ' Gazzetta dello Sport '-, that " the Barcelona was a slave of the tiqui-taca ".

" We were going a few years with trainers of the house, before Pep and later Tito, and we exaggerate our style of game probably up to the point of which we were little slaves ", has considered Piqué. " Now the Tata has come of out, that also has the same vision of the football, of supporting the ball, but also he possesses other options. And it is something very positive to the effect that we have variants ", adds.

" If they are pressing us, to throw two long balls is not bad, is to change the game, is to become oxygenated. In the football it is necessary to improve every year, develop, because ultimately the people know you ", explain Piqué.
